Daily: Alpaca Paper Trade Live · Xiaohongshu Viral Post · Dual Camera App · PQC Research Kickoff — June 10, 2026
It’s been a while since the last update — here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve been working on lately.
Alpaca Paper Trade
I set up a Paper Trade system using Alpaca and deployed it on a Linux server. The full simulated trading pipeline is now up and running.
I also spent some time hardening the server’s security posture, addressing a few loose ends:
- Securing API key storage
- Configuring firewall rules
- Hiding the public-facing address
Xiaohongshu Auto-Copywriting Agent
I built an Agent for automatically generating Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) copy, and it’s already producing usable output. Think of it as a small-scale, real-world test of the Agent engineering know-how I’ve been accumulating — this time applied to content creation.
Dual Camera iOS App
I developed an iOS app that records from both the front and rear cameras simultaneously. Debugging is mostly wrapped up, and the next step is going through the App Store submission process.
Xiaohongshu Milestone
I recently hit 800 likes on a single Xiaohongshu post and crossed the 100-follower mark. The numbers are modest, but as a cold start from zero, the positive signal feels pretty encouraging.
Next Paper: PQC × Agent
I’ve started laying the groundwork for my next research topic. The rough direction is a cross between Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and AI Agents — specifically, evaluating Agent security in a post-quantum environment. The idea is still taking shape; no rush, I’ll let it develop naturally.
